Tony A. Molina is recognized as one of the nation's top personal
trainers. Featured widely in publications including Vogue, The Wall
Street Journal, Men's Health, W, US Weekly, Hampton, The New York Post,
Parents, and Self, he is widely touted as a leading authority on
fitness. He has also been featured by VH1 as a celebrity trainer in the
"Hollywood's Tightest Bodies" special and as fitness expert commentator
for the Ocars Red Carpet by US Weekly, In Touch, and W Magazine. He is a
refular columnist for Spry Magazine, which reaches an audience base of
more than 14 million.
Tony has created a unique results-driven fitness program called
"Intelligent Fitness," based on his trademarked conditioning system
"Multiple Planes of Resistance" or MPR. He works with a high-end client
base, which includes a long list of guarded A-list celebrities and
CEO's, preparing them for their film, television, theater, photo, and
life demands. Tony's MPR conditioning system delivers anti-aging, muscle
toning, and rapid results. This is accomplished throughout the higher
caloric burn rate of MPR exercises requiring the use of more muscles per
exercise and the resultant increased post workout recovery burn rate.
